Students will examine the cost of leadership and the spiritual responsibility that accompanies the divine assignment. This is not a career—it is a covenant. Week 3 challenges students to count the cost, confront self-reliance, and embrace the weight of the call with humility and reverence, knowing that God does not call the equipped—He equips the called.
